This Service provides AI speech-to-text, subtitle generation, and video tools. Transcription results are generated automatically by AI and may contain errors; please verify important content yourself.

2. Accounts & Credits

New users receive free trial credits upon signing in (measured in minutes, shared between transcription and the studio). When credits run out, you may purchase credits as needed or subscribe to a monthly plan.

3. Payments & Refunds

• Pay-as-you-go credits are a one-time purchase; the monthly plan auto-renews each period. You may cancel anytime and continue using it until the end of the current period.
• As this is a digital service provided immediately, used credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use

You must own the lawful rights to the content you upload, and must not use the Service to process illegal, infringing, or unauthorized content. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.
